Process flow details

Preparation stage before beneficiation

Crushing and screening system:

  • Coarse crushing: Jaw crusher is used to crush the raw ore to less than 30mm.

  • Grading: 8-30mm, 2-8mm, 0-2mm grades

Pre-sorting operation (optional)

Jigging sorting process:
